I’m a clinical psychologist and a leading expert in Compassion Focused Therapy, self-compassion and wellbeing, with over 18 years of experience.

In addition to my clinical work, I’m also a researcher, speaker, and author in the field of compassion-based approaches, and co-founder of Balanced Minds.
